Order Policy

1. Crown Beauty Supply does not offer returns or exchanges. Each order is inspected, and hand delivered to ensure the quality of each product.

 

If you believe you have a defective product, please email the following to info@crownbeautysupply.co:

1. Order number

2. Brief description of the issue.

3. Pictures of the defective product.

4. Best number for contact.

2. Crown Beauty Supply is currently only delivering to the following areas:

• Puyallup

• Graham

• Orting

• Frederickson

• Spanaway

​3. Proof of delivery will be provided via email.

4. Orders made by 1:00 pm each day will be same-day delivery. Orders made after 1:00 pm will be next day.

5. Deliveries will occur until 7:00 PM each day.

6. Orders made on Sunday, or the following holidays will be delivered the following day:

• New Year's Day

• Easter

• Mother's Day

• Father's Day

• Juneteenth

• July 4th

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas

7. For safety, the delivery person will not enter the yard if a dog is present. Gate codes or special instructions should be added to check out notes.

8. Deliveries should be retrieved as soon as possible. Crown Beauty Supply is not responsible for items lost due to theft or weather damage.
